As a nod to 2019's record-breaking game about nature's superlative yank, Untitled Goof Game, Destiny 2 has added a new block out that gives you a horrifyingly honk-worthy masqu.

The "Honk Moon Block out" was introduced in Destiny 2 as part of the game's Fete of the Lost Halloween event. The mask itself is a low-poly orb that looks less same a goose and more like the lunation in Majora's Mask overdid its makeup. Then there's the "beak," which looks like the destruction of a vuvuzela from hell.

How do you father this abomination? Festival of the Lost lets Destiny 2 players don a Halloween block out and earn "Ghostly Pages" by completing Strikes, Melting pot matches, Ploy matches, seasonal activities, Oregon anything else really. When you collect Spectral Pages, you can transform them by completing one of the Haunted Lost Sphere missions, where sealed locations will let you summon a Headless One. A Acephalous One is a miniskirt boss that, once defeated, will let you transform a Apparitional Page into a Manifested Page. That final bit of bread stern then be exchanged for Festival rewards, such every bit the Purge Moon Masquerade. Bit of a tedious process, but I'm dependable it'll feel worth it when you're honking around in your new getup.

You can also hinderance out how to get into the Preoccupied Lost Sectors missions so you can earn a new pulse rifle, OR just study up along how to start off the Festival of the Lost right. The event also introduced this wild spider robot.

If you're unfamiliar, Ungentle Twat Lame puts you in the webbed feet of, what else, a little goose from the English suburbs, who loves to mess with townsfolk and kids by stealing items, incessantly honking, and now and again lockup people in garages. It won game of the year at the 23rd annual DICE Awards, and the little bird was our pet character of 2019, which must say something about us here at Microcomputer Gamer.

Thanks, Kotaku.
